Who are we?

Sentify is a highly regarded technology consulting company with a mission to help organizations achieve better business outcomes through improving the way they work. Sentify is also a business software reseller and services provider of Atlassian, Gitlab, Microsoft, and AWS products.

We work together as a team to achieve our mission by embodying the values of being innovative, honest and transparent, walking the talk and adapting to improve.

About the role:

Our WOW practice is growing again and Sentify is looking for people who share our passion for helping people, teams and organizations improve the ways in which they deliver their work. “Ways of Working” Consultants work closely with our clients across all levels of their business. Your focus will be on understanding client needs then facilitating and coaching for improvement.

This role is ideal for an Agile practitioner who has already started (or is just beginning) their journey into Agile Coaching and has tasted the satisfaction of scaling out good practice across more than just a single team. It would suit a person looking for that perfect opportunity to continue to hone their craft, broaden their horizons, learn from others and to have a real impact on a wide range of people and organizations.

It is unlikely that any engagement will ever be the same. Each of our clients have a unique set of needs, and we place high importance on appreciating their individual contexts. When you join our Agile practice you’ll have opportunities to create coaching and training IP and share your knowledge with other practice members.

You may have obtained various Agile certifications, but more importantly you recognize that success is not about teaching or implementing what is in a book, but imparting skills and knowledge relevant to the challenges being faced by those we are helping.

Who are you?

  • Experienced working in and supporting Agile teams (ideally 3-5 years experience as a Scrum Master or Kanban practitioner
  • You have worked with multiple teams during that time, ideally in the public and private sector
  • Have had success in scaling out and advocating good Agile practice
  • A ‘people person’ who can facilitate diverse groups to reach a common goal, lead and support others, and understands the importance of putting others first
  • Somebody prepared to step outside their comfort zone to chase their learning
  • A lifelong learner with a passion for your own growth as well as coaching and developing others
  • A qualified Agile professional who understands living the values is more important than the qualification itself
  • Somebody with a sense of humor who relates well to others and wants to make the workplace fun.

As you can tell, for us it’s all about attitude and making sure you’re going to love your new role over the specific experience you have.

If this sounds like you, then we cannot wait to meet you! Reach out and let us know why you’re our next Sentify Superstar.
